Welcome! I am Ranjith Ranganathan, the founder and master trainer at Garud Solutions. With a blend of 15 years of experience in Training & Psychological Counselling, I have had the privilege of empowering employees from leading MNCs and guiding bright scholars from prestigious universities. My core mission is to help individuals from all walks of life unlock their true potential by enhancing their psychological mindset, developing their character, shaping their career outlook, refining their professional temperament, and strengthening their interpersonal relationships.

Throughout my career, I have designed and led training programmes and workshops aimed at soft skills development. These programmes are crafted to bolster self-esteem and confidence, enabling individuals to become better communicators and more effective in both personal and professional spheres. By helping people overcome inner insecurities and become sure of their actions and words, I empower them to lead with confidence and resilience. I specialize in leadership development, building professional assertiveness, and offering psychological guidance to stay unshaken during adversities.

With dual Masters in Information Technology and Clinical Psychology, along with a Diploma in Psychological Counselling, my educational background reflects a diverse knowledge base that allows me to approach personal and professional growth holistically.

One of my greatest passions lies in the vision of transforming the Indian Education System through my dream project, NITRS (New India Training & Research Society). NITRS aims to provide world-class training opportunities to unprivileged children in India, making quality education a basic right and not a luxury for the few. I believe that education should uplift every child, and with this initiative, I hope to nurture untapped potential and open doors to infinite possibilities for underprivileged children across India.
